I am a site manager working for a contractor on a project in Chester where Tardis are currently supplying water to our tunnelling operation and have previously supplied water to another tunnelling project we worked on On both of these projects, we have been receiving water deliveries from Paul Sergeant and I would like to say he is a credit to your business. He is always on time, takes the time to ring our site ahead to make arrangements for deliveries and when we have been under pressure, he has gone out of his way to ensure the water is delivered to enable our works to continue, be that arriving to site early in the mornings or completing a return load late in the day where others might leave it to the following day. I would be grateful if you could pass on our appreciation to Paul!
As a result we lost no production over the 2 days we were using the tanker.
I hope we can do business again (albeit under more planned conditions!)

Your representative, Gareth, immediately established a truthworthy working relationship with our stewards who together solved an early problem caused by our siting of the booths
Gareth continued to work non stop throughout the event maintaining the facilities to a high standard – indeed fetival goers told us how impressed they were with the facilities. I’m sure that sort of praise does not come very often from festival goers.
The Event as a whole went very well and we hope to do it again next year.

I am just writing to thank you for arranging for our disabled portaloo to be serviced today, the Driver & guy who serviced the toilet Joe Bennett from Hayes depot did an exceptional job & also repaired the broken tube near the jubilee clip next to the pump for us.
We only have the toilet emptied as required & we are on a locked site so I need to be informed when the driver is due to arrive on the day. This seems to work very well & we have always had a good service from yourselves. Thank you.

Considering we cancelled the tanks yesterday and reordered late afternoon I was extremely happy
to see the new tank installed on site and being filled half an hour ago.
