Welcome to our “Who’s Who” guide at Tardis, where you can find our key contacts and put faces to names!
Robin Boydon – Operations Director
Robin has worked at Tardis since it was formed back in the 90s by his father. He initially started working as a portable toilet service driver and actually delivered our 1st portable toilet to a site in Seisdon Wolverhampton.
He then serviced and delivered the toilets whilst creating the service routes, in the early 2000s, took his HGV tests and started driving one of our 1st tankers, as well as driving the tanker he took over routing the vehicles and training new drivers.
As the business grew he eventually became Operations Director. He’s now responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operational issues, overseeing managers throughout all departments, and is responsible for all purchases and renewals of equipment and plant.
David Furlong – Sales & Marketing Director
David started working for Tardis in 2001. He helped to grow the client base to become the nationwide service provider Tardis is today. David oversees the ongoing sales and marketing for Tardis, identifying new markets and ensuring a competitive edge to all customers. His other main focus is to assist in continued excellent service levels.

Katie Collier – Hire Desk Director
Katie has worked for Tardis for over 20 years, her first role within the business was to manually book and route all of the toilet servicing, and over the years Katie has put many efficient systems in place. The most successful one to date was moving Tardis from a paper system to the electronic PDA system.
Katie now oversees the day-to-day operation of the plant hire and toilet servicing department.

Adrian Boydon – Regional Director

Ade has been with the company since 1988. He works on most aspects of the operation side of Tardis but currently he’s heavily involved in ensuring the Tardis Depots are secure.
Jenny Causer – Company Secretary
Jenny has worked for Tardis for almost 25 years!
Jenny is the Company Secretary and is responsible for putting the company accounts together and making sure they’re filed to HMRC on time. She also manages payroll, and paying suppliers.

Donna Bryan – Executive Assistant Director
Donna started working for the company in January 2016 as Buyer. After 3 years in this role Donna was promoted in 2019 to Executive Assistant Director.
Donna assists in all areas of the business, overseeing all department heads.
Mark Westley – National Transport Manager
Mark has worked for Tardis for 11 years as National Transport Manager. His key responsibilities are to ensure full compliance with all Company Operators Licences, and to effectively route and plan the wet waste collection and delivery operation to ensure customers receive excellent service.
Nikki Bates – Service Desk Manager
Nikki has been with the company for 8 years. Nikki first started at the Fryers Road office and moved with the business to Brownhills and then Telford offices.
Nikki manages all call handlers, hire and service desk, toilet transport, and the customer care team.
As if this wasn’t enough to keep Nikki busy she’s a fire marshal at our Head office and is working towards being first aid trained in both physical and mental capacities.

Joel Bradley – Technical Operations/Plant Manager
Joel has been with Tardis for over 10 years and is responsible for all Technical Operations at Tardis and is also Plant Manager.
Stuart Duncan – Water Hygiene Manager
Stuart has worked for Tardis for over 7 years. His role within the business is Water Hygiene Manager. This position entails a wide range of responsibilities, including all aspects of the water side of the business. His day-to-day role includes on-site fitting, works and repairs, welding, plant repairs and site visits and surveys. Stuart is also responsible for dealing with all water authorities.
