First you could hire out more toilets to accommodate the increase in customers. Secondly you could hire out some portable urinals. You can have portable urinals come in 4 or 6 bay styles. This will dramatically decrease the queuing times and help keep your customers happy.

If you are serving alcohol then it would be wise to add more portable toilets as the need will be greater.

If the percentage of women in attendance increases, increase the number of units by that percentage. If you still get people queuing to use the toilets the recommended maximum acceptable waiting line is 10 people.
